Easy recipe to make Minced Meat Biryani

It is difficult to find a person who does not like biryani. Bengalis are fascinated by the taste of biryani of every kind including mutton, beef, or chicken. But have you ever eaten Minced Meat Biryani? If you have not eaten then you can make this biryani very easily to change the taste of the tongue. Let’s know the recipe-

Materials for cooking biryani

1. Basmati rice 2 cups
2. Minced beef 200 grams
3. Cardamom 3
4. 1 bay leaf
5. 4 cloves
6. Ginger paste 1 tsp
7. Garlic paste 1 tsp
8. Chopped onion 1 cup
9. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
10. Half a tablespoon of coriander powder
11. Half a tablespoon of turmeric powder
12. Garam masala half teaspoon
13. Cashew nuts and raisins 2 tbsp
14. Ghee 1 tablespoon
15. Salt and
16. Oil quantity.

 

Method

First, heat ghee in a pan and fry chopped onion, cashew nuts, and raisins and keep it in another vessel. Heat a little more oil and ghee in a pan and lightly fry cardamom, bay leaves, and cloves in it.

If fried, fry it with garlic-ginger batter and green chilies. Then fry the chopped onions until brown. Mix all the remaining ingredients for a while.

Then grind the meat with spices. Now mix the basmati rice which has been washed and drained the water in the meat, mix it with enough water, and cover it.

Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. When the rice is cooked and the water dries up, take it off. Spread ghee, coriander leaves, onion roast, roasted cashew nuts, and raisins on top and serve delicious Minced Meat Biryani.
