Mutton rezala in coconut milk


1. Beef 1 kg,

8. Half a cup of oil or ghee,

13. 5 green chillies,

14. Coconut flakes 2 tbsp.


Fry the onion brown and keep half of it in another bowl. Then fry the meat in oil for a while and grind the meat well with all the other spices except milk, green chillies, coconut flakes. When the meat becomes a little soft, add milk and wait until it boils. When the meat is mashed, it should be kept on a low heat for forty minutes with coconut flakes and green chillies. Then take it down and serve. If you want, you can put Beresta on top, but there is a risk of losing the scent of coconut due to the strong scent of Beresta.

Meat patties


1. 1 cup boneless minced meat (shredded),
2. 1 cup chopped onion,
3. Garlic minced 1 tablespoon,
4. Chilli flakes as desired,
5. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp.

6. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon,
7. half a cup of oil,
8. 1 egg,
9. Rice powder 2 cups.

7. A tablespoon of turmeric powder,

11. Six-seven whole chillies,

13. Salt to taste.


First, mix ground ginger, garlic, onion, whole cumin, chili powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, whole pepper, oil and salt with the meat and keep it in the fridge for an hour to marinate. After that pour it into the pan and cover it with a lid and cook it on medium heat. When it is cooked and the water dries up, take it out of the oven and pour it into a bowl and serve hot with chopped masala.

Jaipuri meat


1. Beef 1 kg,
2. Onion 1 cup,
3. One and a half tablespoons of ginger paste,
4. 1 tablespoon of whole coriander,
5. 1 cup of sour yogurt,
6. 4 large cardamoms,

7. 4 dry chilli flakes (without seeds)
8. 2 bay leaves,
9. Ghee 3 tbsp,
10. salt to taste,
11. Sugar 1 tablespoon,
12. Turmeric 1 teaspoon,
13. Chilli powder 1 tsp.


First mix the meat with all the other spices in a pan. Then keep it in the oven on low heat with ghee. Now when the oil floats on top of the meat, add curd. Then stir it well. When the makha makha, take it down. Now serve the delicious jaipuri meat hot.

Mutton steak


1. Mutton 1 kg,
2. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon,
3. salt quantity,
4. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,

5. oil 6 tablespoons,
6. Ghee 2 tbsp,
7. 1 cucumber,
8. 1 carrot,
9. 1 tomato.


First put meat pieces in a bowl and marinate it with chili powder, salt, soy sauce for 1 hour. Pour oil into the baking tray and spread it so that no part is left out. Preheat oven with tray at 250 or max A for 5 minutes. When the oil is hot, take out the tray and put the meat in the oven for 10 minutes. Then after 7 minutes take out the tray and turn the meat and brush it with ghee and give it to him for 3 minutes. Then garnish with cucumber, carrot, tomato and serve delicious mutton steak.
