Here is a fun recipe for you. This is a beef recipe. Check out Muhsina Tabassum’s special Hari Kebab recipe.

Materials:

Beef 1 and 1/2 cup

Chopped onion 1/2 cup

Sour yogurt 3-4 tablespoons

Tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp

1 tablespoon of vinegar

Onion, garlic and ginger paste 2 tbsp

Cumin and coriander powder or batter 1/2 tsp

Cardamom 1 and cinnamon 2 batter or powder

4 chillies and 2 cloves

Jaiphal, Jayatri and Shahi cumin paste or powder

Like red chili powder or batter

Almond batter 1 tbsp

1-2 whole bay leaves

A little yellow

Chilli 2 slices

Like the amount of salt

Like the amount of oil

Method:

First, chop the meat into small pieces and wash and drain the water. Then marinate the meat for 2-3 hours with all the ingredients except the chopped onion, half the sour curd and the sauce. Heat oil in a pan and fry half the chopped onion and fry the vegetables. After that sprinkle it on top. Add the rest of the onion in oil and add the meat when it turns light brown in color.

Cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes without any additional water. After 15 minutes pour little hot water and cover. When the meat is 70% cooked, add the remaining sour curd and sauce. Lower the heat on the stove and place the bone on top of a pan. Cover well and press down with something heavy. Before serving take it down and sprinkle a little ghee and onion barista on top. Serve with warm Bosnian bread. Serve with nana, paratha, fried rice or anything.
