Materials – 1
Liquid milk 2 kg
Custard powder 4 tbsp
One and a half teaspoons of vanilla essence
Half a teaspoon of salt
Like sugar
Method of Preparation –
Boil 2 kg of milk and bring it to one and a half kg. Do not let the milk get sour. Add salt, sugar, vanilla essence and then dissolve the custard powder in one and a half tablespoons of water and leave it in the milk while stirring the milk or the powder will coagulate! When the milk thickens, it should be stirred for some time and cooled.

Green+red apple cube cut 2 cups (soak in sugar water, otherwise the apple will turn black)
1 cup green + black grapes cut into 2/3 pieces
Banana cube cut 1 cup Ripe mango cube cut 1 cup
About 1 thin slice of plain cake
Chopped cherries, pistachios, almonds, chopped marmalade, whole strawberries for garnish
Method of Preparation –
Arrange cake slices in serving dish. Pour a little milk on it. Give apple + banana, again pour milk. Pour milk again with grapes, cherries, mangoes and pineapple.
Garnish with chopped cherry, pineapple, pistachio nuts, round or square pieces of black or red + green grapes, colored marmalade (if any).
Refrigerate and serve chilled. If desired, serve with a scoop of vanilla or any other flavored ice cream on top of the custard.

Milk- 1 liter
Egg yolk – 2
Custard powder – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
or as per your taste
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Crushed almonds – 2 tbsp
Fruits – (bananas, mangoes, apples, grapes, etc.) – roughly 2 cups cut into small pieces (preferably not too watery fruits, like watermelon Method: Beat egg yolks in a bowl and whisk well.)
Now beat well with custard powder in between. Put the milk and sugar in a pot and put it on the stove on medium heat.
Stir the milk continuously and slowly pour the custard powder and egg yolk mixture into the milk. Stir constantly until boiling.
Turn off the stove and pour into serving bowls and cool to room temperature. Then put it in the fridge to chill. Add fruit, nuts and raisins just before serving.
If the fruit is added too early, the custard will be thin and the fruit flavor will be lost.

1 cup ripe banana,
1 cup of apple pulp,
½ cup of grapes,
1 cup ripe papaya,
milk 1 liter,
sugar 1 cup,
Custard powder ½ cup,
Cream 2 tbsp.
How to do it:
Cut the fruits and rub them with lemon and sugar. Thicken the milk with a pot on the stove. Sprinkle with sugar, custard powder and cool.
Now pour the mixture in a bowl and let it cool for 10 minutes in the fridge with the fruits. After 10 minutes serve the fruit custard.

Half a cup of black grapes
Half a cup of white grapes
Half a cup of apple
Half a cup of cherries
How to make
First, boil the milk in a microwave deep dish at 60°C for five minutes. Add sugar when the milk boils. Then cool the milk and beat it well with eggs.
Now mix the custard powder with a little water and add it to the milk and heat it again for three minutes at 100 degrees Celsius.
When it thickens, chop all the fruits and mix well with vanilla essence. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Half a cup of diced mangoes
Half a cup of diced apples
Half a cup of cubed bananas
Half a cup of black grapes cut in half
Half a cup of Anna
Method:
Put the saucepan on the stove. Then add milk to the saucepan. Add sugar when the milk becomes hot. Beat an egg well and mix it with milk.
Now take 1/4th part of water in a cup and mix custard powder in it and pour it in milk and stir for 2/3 minutes. Remove from oven.
Mix well with all the fruits and vanilla essence. When cool, refrigerate for 10 minutes and then serve.

Sweet fruits (dates, bananas, apples, currants, papayas, mangoes) in quantity
Cashew nuts in quantity
Milk 2 liters 4. 2 eggs
Amount of sugar
Cardamom 2
Cornflour 2 tsp
Salt to taste
System:
2 liters of milk should be cooled as thick as 3 cups. Beat 2 eggs well and add sugar and salt to taste in milk and stir frequently in the oven.
At the end mix the cornflour in water and boil it to make custard media and cool it.
Garnish with currants and cake spread (small colored grains) and serve.
