Ingredients:

1 kg mutton, cut into cubes
2 onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup water

Mutton Curry

Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute more.

Add the tomatoes and cook until softened about 5 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the mutton and stir to coat the spices.

Add the yogurt and water and bring to a boil.
