Here is a recipe for cooking hilsa fish. This is a brand-new recipe. This is the lemon hilsa recipe. Then check out the lemon hilsa cooking recipe.

Ingredients:

Hilsa fish 6 pieces

Cardamom Lemon- 1

Lemon leaves – 2

Onion batter- 2 tbsp

Ginger paste- 1 tsp

Garlic paste- 1 tsp

Chilli powder- 1 tsp

Chilli- 4/5

Oil- 3 tbsp

Sugar- 1/2 tsp

Salt – to taste

Method:

Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with fish pieces and leave for 15 minutes.

Now knead with batter and powdered spices for another 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions until light brown and add the fish.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes with little water.

Now flip the fish over and cook for another 5 minutes with lemon leaves, green chillies and sugar.

Turn off the stove and serve with lemon juice.
