Let’s know how to make Shahi Kulfi.

Ingredients:

Powdered milk 2 cups,

3 cups of water,

Sugar 2 tablespoons,

Half a tin of condensed milk,

1 pinch of saffron (soaked in 1 tablespoon of rose water),

Cornflower 1 tablespoon,

2 egg yolks,

Pistachios, almonds and cashew nuts to taste.

Method:

Blend milk, water, sugar, condensed milk, cornflower and egg yolk together.

Pour the blended mixture into the pan and set it on fire.

When it becomes thick, take it off the stove and shake it to cool it.

Stir together with saffron balls and ground almonds.

Pour the cold mixture into the kulfi mold and keep it in the dip for 5 to 6 hours.
