Materials:

Chicken meat 1/2 kg

Sourdough 1/2 cup

Chopped onions 3

Onion Barista 3 tbsp

Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

1/2 teaspoon of tasting salt

1 bay leaf

12 green chillies

Soybean oil 2 tbsp

Method:

First, mix chicken meat, curd, half onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt and marinate it for half an hour.

Now heat the oil and fry the rest of the chopped onions.

Now pour the marinated meat into the pan and fry it a little to cover the water.

When the water comes down after grinding the meat, add 6-7 chilies and grind a little more.

When it is completely boiled, cover it with enough water.

When the meat is done, mix it with Beresta, remaining chili flakes, testing salt and sugar and cook for two minutes and turn off the stove.

In this condition, it should be kept covered for another 15 minutes.
