Here is a delicious homemade chicken shashlik recipe. It can make your day fulfill and take out your all tiredness from work.

Materials:

Chicken breast meat cut into heavy cubes – 1/2 kg,

Chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon,

black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon,

Chilli sauce- 1 teaspoon,

Tomato sauce- 1 teaspoon,

Lemon juice- 2 teaspoons,

Garlic paste- 1/2 teaspoon,

Salt – in moderation,

Mint leaves batter- 1 teaspoon,

Cucumber and carrot (cut into cubes) – in quantity,

Soybean oil- 2 t. spoon

Method of preparation:

First, soak the shashlik sticks in cold water for 30 minutes. Cut the carrot into cubes, boil it in half and drain the water and cool it.

After that, cut the chicken into cubes, wash it, drain the water, and wipe it with a kitchen towel.

Now mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate for 2 hours. Now add carrot, tomato, onion, cucumber cube, and one piece of the chicken cube to the shashlik stick one by one till the end of the stick.

Then brush everything with olive oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or in a non-stick pan.

Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes on both sides. Brush oil occasionally and take it off if it gets a little burnt. Now serve the hot chicken shashlik recipe with naan roti/parotta with salad.
