Materials:
Chocolate chips – 1/4 cup
Cherry filling- 1/4 cup
Flour – 1 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
White curd (without sour)- 3/4 cup
White butter- 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar- 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder- 6 tbsp
Method:
First let the oven pre-heat at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes. While the oven is heating, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. On the other hand, mix chocolate chips and cherries in a separate bowl. In another bowl, beat the butter, sugar and yogurt together.
Add the flour-cocoa powder mixture to the whipped butter and beat well. Grease small muffin trays or small muffin molds with butter and spread the batter.
Now add the chocolate chips-cherry mixture to the cake mixture. Top the muffin tray with the cake mixture again. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove the cake from the muffin tray and garnish with a cherry on top.
Lava cake is done.
