Materials –

Chicken 1 kg, onion chopped 200 grams, ginger paste 2 spoons, garlic paste 2 spoons, yogurt 200 grams, coriander leaves chopped 2 cups, green chilies 6-7, cumin powder 1 spoon, pepper powder 2 spoons, garam masala powder, bay leaves , mustard oil, salt.

Procedure –

Grind coriander leaves and green chilies together. Then knead the curd, ginger paste, garlic paste and chicken together in that mixture and keep it for about 2 hours. When the oil is hot in the pan, fry the onion slices well.

Then when it is fried a little with garam masala, cumin, pepper, bay leaves, pour the chicken mixture.

Then it should be pressed on low heat and kept for a while. When the meat is cooked, spread a little mustard oil, coriander leaves and green chilies and serve. Don’t forget to smell it once.

Chicken meat- 500 grams
Spinach – one bowl
Coriander paste- 4 tbsp
Salt, sweet- to taste
Chili batter- 5 tbsp
Mustard oil- 5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Tomato paste- 3 tbsp
Onion batter- 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Chili powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Roasted garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Sour curd- one cup

Method:

Spinach should be boiled a little to make a paste of it. Then the chicken should be fried well in mustard oil. Then fry well with bay leaves, pepper, cardamom, cloves, dry chilies in mustard oil and mix well with onion batter, ginger batter, garlic batter, tomato batter, coriander batter, chili batter.

Grind well with powdered spices. Once grated, mix well with the chicken pieces. Then add spinach batter and coriander batter. Mix well with sour curd. Salt and sweet should be given to taste.

Keep covered with warm water. Open the lid and stir for a while. Spread chopped coriander leaves on top and spread fried garam masala and serve hot.
