Making the Soup:
Butter: 1 tablespoon
Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
Oats: 1/2 cup
Boneless chicken nuggets: 1/2 cup
Chicken stock: 3 cups or chicken stock cubes: 2 pieces mix in 3 cups of water
Coriander leaves and small pieces of pepper as desired
Method:
Put garlic in a pan with butter. Add fried chicken pieces and oats (if you want, you can add sweet corn, carrot or vegetable pieces at this time). Fry for 2 minutes and add the chicken stock and 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder.
Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. When it boils, add coriander leaves and black pepper. See salt. Leave for 1 minute and take off. Serve hot chicken oats soup.
Making Chicken Stock:
Portion of chicken run: 2 pcs
Carrot cube: 1 t
Onion cube: 1
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Pepper: 2
Water: 6 cups
Method: Mix all the above ingredients and 1 teaspoon of salt together. Put it on the stove and let it boil. When it boils, reduce the flame and keep it on a low flame for 1 hour.
The water will reduce to half. Let it cool down and strain the stock and discard the rest.
