Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Butter – 12 tablespoons
Flour – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 cup
Pineapple – cut into 1/2 round slices
Eggs – 2
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Milk – 1/2 cup
First mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Now make caramel in a bowl with 2 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons butter.
Then spread butter on the cake pan and pour the prepared caramel on it.
Now let the oven pre-hit.
Arrange the sliced pineapple and cherries in the middle of the pan.
In another bowl mix sugar, 6 tablespoons butter for 2-3 minutes. Then you have to mix the eggs in this mixer. Then you have to mix flour and milk little by little.
Then pour this batter into the pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-55 minutes.
Check with a toothpick to see if the cake is good. If the toothpick has a piece of cake on it, bake a little more.
