Paleo Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs


  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on a baking dish and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Arrange lemon slices on top of each chicken thigh.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

You can also add some vegetables to the baking dish, such as sliced bell peppers or zucchini, for a complete paleo meal.
