Fried chicken is not crunchy? Know the secret tips

If you make it at home, the taste is not as tangible as the mind. But what is the secret to making KFC’s chicken fries to make it so spicy? Here are some tips on how to make fried chicken –

1) 11 spices

To get the taste of KFC’s fried chicken, you’ll need their Secret Spice Blend. It is used in 11 spices. These spices are mixed with two cups of flour. The chicken pieces are soaked in egg and milk, then boiled in this flour. The spices are-

1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon dry basil, 1 tablespoon celery salt, 1 tablespoon dried mastered, 2 tablespoons garlic salt, 1 tablespoon ginger Chopped, 1/4 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1/4 tablespoon thyme,

2) Soak it immediately

Many claims that the chicken should be left in the eggs and flour for some time. But not really! The meat should be boiled as soon as it is melted. Late, the top layer will be soft, not crispy. And this layer of flesh will come out easily.

3) Use a separate fryer

High Temperature, Industrial-Strength Pressure Fryer Using KFC. It is not possible to use this fryer at home. However, you can use a deep fryer. Heat the oil at a temperature of 5 to 5 degrees and soak the chicken pieces for about 12 minutes.

4) The original ‘Secret Ingredient’

KFC uses one of our most well-known ingredients for enhancing taste and is Monosodium Glutamate or Testing Salt. It can be served with a mixture of 3 spices. Or spread on the chicken after frying.

5) Cannot be eaten immediately

Cannot be eaten immediately from the oil. The KFC cooks put the fried chicken in the preheated oven at 4 degrees for 20 minutes. The chicken is well cooked inside and it becomes coarse. You can leave your fried chicken in the hot oven at home for some time.
