Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
