First spread dry lachcha semai in a tray. Now take four tablespoons of cornflower, half a cup of powdered milk, four cups of liquid milk, 1/4 cup of condensed milk in a pot. Beat it to make it foamy consistency. When it becomes a lot of foam, add chocolate essence and a little rose food color. Now make a layer with this cream and put it in the tray. Equalize with a knife. Shake again and set. Top with some lachcha semai and chocolate bits.
Now you have to cut it to the desired size. Now check if it is ready to roll. If it is a little softer, it is better not to roll. In that case you have to set it in the fridge for a while and then roll it. Take it out of the fridge and roll it. It is very fluffy so you have to do the work gently.
