INGREDIENTS
1 1⁄4 cups orange juice
1 1⁄4 cups berries, frozen (I like raspberries)
1⁄2 cup tofu, silken, low-fat or 1/2 cup plain yogurt, low-fat
1 tablespoon sugar substitute, Splenda
DIRECTIONS
Dump it in the blender.
Blend well, take out a glass and enjoy.
