Chicken nuggets can’t be made all the time. So you can make potato nuggets to cope with the temptation to eat nuggets. This may be the best snack for breakfast in the afternoon. Find out the recipe-
1. 2 potatoes
2. Cornflower 2 tablespoons
3. Bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
4. 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese
5. Half a teaspoon of black paper
6. Mix herbs half a teaspoon
7. Ginger and garlic paste half a teaspoon
8. 1 green chilli
9. 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
10. Salt to taste
11. 1 egg
12. Half a cup of bread crumbs.
For this, first boil two large size potatoes. Then you have to fill it. Mix 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of flowers, 3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and salt to taste. Then add more pepper powder, mixed herbs, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and coriander leaves. All the ingredients should be well mixed.
Then apply this mixture on your hands with oil and make it into rounds with light pressure. Then break the bread crumbs in another bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl. Now dip the prepared nuggets in the egg and then spread it on the bread crumbs and leave it in boiling oil. Turn the nuggets upside down and fry them brown.
Homemade potato nuggets were made in diameter. Now serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
